图像配准是医学图像处理和分析的重要研究内容,其中对肺部的图像配准是医学图像非刚性配准的重要实例应用。因肺在呼吸运动或手术过程中会发生巨大形变,所以肺部图像配准充满着挑战,是图像配准领域内一个活跃的研究课题,具有广阔的应用前景。本文介绍了肺部图像配准的流程,并将其五个关键技术:形变模型、相似度度量、正则化方法、优化策略和评价方法进行了分析和总结。通过对研究现状及关键技术的回顾,提出了肺部图像配准目前面临的困境和未来的研究方向。

Medical image registration is an important subject in medical image processing and analysis,in which pulmonary image registration is an instance of non-rigid registration.In practice,large deformation occurs in lung during respiratory movement or in operation.Pulmonary image registration is an active and challenging research topic in the field of image registration,with wide applications and perspectives.In this paper,the process of pulmonary image registration is introduced,and the pulmonary image registration is divided into five modules:the deformation model,the similarity measurement,the regularization method,the optimization strategy and the evaluation method.Moreover,the present situation and methods applied to each module are summarized.By reviewing the research status and the key technologies,this study presents the difficulties and future research directions in lung image registration.
