Ultrasound elastography is a new medical imaging technology taking the information of tissue elasticity as object. It compensates for the deficiency and broadens the application of the conventional media ultrasound imaging. Therefore,it is of significant clinical value. This review introduces in detail the principle and technology of the ultrasound elastography,the research status of ultrasound elastography and the common quality measure index.
