摘要:

目的 利用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法对一款带有挡风板的婴儿培养箱进行数值模拟,探讨婴儿培养箱内一部分区域温度较低的原因。方法 首先使用三维建模软件建立培养箱的几何模型,然后利用CFD软件对培养箱在32和36两种工作状态下的稳态温度场与流场进行数值模拟,并将软件得到的特定监测点温度值与实测相同监测点温度值进行对比。结果 两者变化趋势基本一致。由于特定监测点为国家标准规定的温度性能测试关键点,故验证了模型的有效性。通过流场分析得到了温度偏低的原因为箱体结构导致的局部流速过低。结论 该研究可为婴儿培养箱的设计积累一些经验。

Objective To simulate the temperature and flow field in the infant incubator, and to discuss the reasons of low temperature in one area of the incubator. Methods Firstly,3D model of incubator was created by using 3D modeling software .Then,the steady temperature and flow field under the condition of 32°C and 36°C running mode were simulated by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. The temperature of the specific monitoring points obtained by the software were compared with the actual measured temperature of the same monitoring points. Results Their trend of the temperature was basically the same. Due to the specific monitoring points is the temperature performance test key points made by national standard, which verified the validity of the model. The reason of the low temperature was found by analyzing the flow field—the local flow velocity is too low, which caused by the structure of incubator. Conclusion The study can accumulate some experience in the design of the infant incubator.
