医用X射线机电磁兼容测试中的问题及其分析

摘要:

目的 随着科学技术的发展,国内外对电磁兼容的重视度越来越高。在检测工作中发现大多数X射线机电磁兼容不合格,其原因大都是出于厂方在设计产品时没有进行合理的抑制设计。本文旨在总结不合格项目的整改办法。方法 本文通过X射线机静电放电、射频电磁场辐射等抗扰度实验项目,重点分析了X射线机的电磁干扰产生机理及传播方式,并提出通用的整改思路及措施。结果 在X射线机各部件的电磁兼容项目整改过程中,通常可采用增加外壳屏蔽、加强接地、更换屏蔽线材等措施对产品进行优化,从而加强其抗干扰性。而其中PCB电路板整改难度最大,需在前期研发过程中重点设计。结论 本文对医用X射线机电磁兼容测试中出现的问题深入分析后设计了一套X射线机电磁兼容不合格项目的基本整改流程,帮助企业有效解决常见问题,缩短研发周期,降低研发与物料成本,提升产品质量。

Objective With the development of science and technology,more and more attention is paid to electromagnetic compatibility at home and abroad.Plants do not try reasonable suppression in product design,which is the most important reason why unqualified EMC of X-ray machine is found in the testing work.The purpose of this paper is to sum up the methods to improve the common unqualified items.Methods In this paper,we put forward common ideas and measures of rectification through electrostatic discharge,RF electromagnetic field immunity testing and so on.The mechanism and propagation of electromagnetic interference of X-ray machine are analyzed in detail.Results In the process of electromagnetic compatibility project of X-ray machine,we usually optimize the product by increasing the shielding of the shell,strengthening the grounding,changing the shielding wire and so on to enhance its anti-jamming ability.Rectification of PCB board is the most difficult work,so we should focus on it in the early research and development process.Conclusions In this paper,the problems of electromagnetic compatibility testing of medical X-ray machine are analyzed.In addition,a set of basic rectification process of X-ray machine electromagnetic compatibility is designed to solve common problems,shorten development cycle,reduce development and material cost,and improve product quality.
