生理参数检测是临床工作的基础,目前使用的光电容积描记法(photoplethysmography,PPG)存在接触式测量、可测参数少等问题。成像式光电容积描记法(imaging photoplethysmography,IPPG)因其非接触、多通道检测的特点受到重视并快速发展。本文首先简要介绍了IPPG的工作原理,然后根据IPPG技术应用中涉及的关键点,从信号采集部位、图像采集设备、采集生理参数和数据处理算法四个方面,进行了分类和综述,分析了IPPG应用各关键点目前存在的问题。最后提出IPPG技术未来的研究方向即运动伪迹消除算法以及可测参数多样化,对今后IPPG技术的研究和应用具有一定的参考价值。

Physiological parameter testing is the basis of clinical work. As currently used technical means,photoplethysmography(PPG)requires contact measurement and tests less measurement parameters.Because of the characteristics of non-contact and multi-channel detection,imaging photoplethysmography(IPPG)has attracted the attention of researchers and made rapid development.Firstly,this paper introduces the working principle of IPPG.Then,the representative research work is classified and summarized according to the key points involved in IPPG technology application,such as the signal acquisition site,image acquisition equipment,collection of physiological parameters and data processing algorithms.And the existing problems of IPPG application are also analyzed.Finally,the research direction of IPPG technology is proposed,such as the motion artifact elimination algorithm and the parameter diversification.This review provides a reference for the study and application of IPPG in the future.
