Objective A testing system of gas pump performance is designed and developed to meet the requirements of pressure flow pressure testing in pressure anti-thrombotic devices. Methods The test system is mainly composed of a pneumatic loop system and a test control system. Based on the human-machine interaction test module, the system takes PC as the core of system control and test, uses sensors to detect pressure and flow signals of the air pump in real time, and sends the obtained pressure and flow signals to PC through the data acquisition card. Test system software is written in the development environment of Lab VIEW, and the flowpressure curve is plotted and displayed, and whether the performance of the air pump is normal or not is judged by combining with the data analysis. Finally, the performance test of the SC3601 PM air pump is carried out to verify the feasibility of the system. Results The correlation coefficient R between the flow-pressure fitting curve and the standard curve obtained by the experiment is 0. 9996, and the maximum absolute error of the fitted curve and the standard curve are within the maximum allowable error range. Conclusions The experimental results show that the testing system can better finish the flow and pressure performance testing of air pump. The test system is easy to operate, high precision, and intelligent, which make the pump can be applied more accurately in the pressure anti-thrombotic equipment, andhas good prospects for promotion and application.
