The formation of outstanding students and the possibility in continually development in the professional filed are concluded through statistical analysis. Results The data shows that MBBS students from different culture background and owned different language backgrounds mastering key knowledge in total English teaching physiology courses have statistically significant difference (P<0.05) . Foreign students with English education background and the education above high school level have great advantages in studying medical physiology. Conclusions The assessment system based on SQL Server platform, with formative assessment score statistic result feedback mechanism and final assessment score analysis, is a good analysis system to investigate the process of high quality students growing. It is of great help to objectively evaluate the formation process of clinical undergraduate students with different language, culture and education background.
