摘要:

Virtual heart can be used to investigate the physiological structure and function of heart by computer, and play an important role to the research of heart diseases. At present, a unified interdisciplinary research platform has not been constructed due to the complexity of heart modeling and simulation. From the micro level and the macro level, we summarize the recent research achievements and progress of functional modeling of virtual heart. The heart diseases simulation and the applications of virtual heart in clinic are also described at full length. Finally, the advantage of virtual heart modeling in clinical applications and the research trend are discussed. Virtual heart will provide all valuable physiological information useful to the diagnosis and therapy of heart diseases quantitatively and reveal the cardiac internal operation mechanism systematically. Virtual heart significantly oriented the development direction of modern medical science.
