弹簧圈栓塞术是目前普遍应用的脑动脉瘤治疗手段, 近年来关于脑动脉瘤血流动力学数值模拟研究逐渐深入。基于医学图像的数值模拟在脑动脉瘤的诊断、治疗方面具有很大的潜力。文章首先介绍了影响脑动脉瘤栓塞术的血流动力学参数、计算流体力学方法, 然后对比分析了多种弹簧圈栓塞脑动脉瘤的数值模拟方法。多数研究者采用了简化的方法, 如采用牛顿血液模型、刚性或非刚性血管壁、定常流环境及弹簧圈的等效模拟等方法, 这些方法得出的结果与采用流固耦合方法、脉动流、非牛顿血流模型及真实弹簧圈模型得出的结果存在差异。最后对弹簧圈栓塞治疗脑动脉瘤血流动力学研究进行了总结和展望。

Coil embolization is the most commonly used method in the treatment of cerebral aneurysm.In recent years, the hemodynamics research of cerebral aneurysm has been gradually deepened. CFD simulations based on medical images have great potential in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral aneurysms.The article firstly introduces the hemodynamic parameters that affect cerebral aneurysm embolization and computational fluid dynamics methods, then compares the numerical simulation methods of coil embolized cerebral aneurysms. Most researchers adopt simplified methods, such as Newtonian blood model, rigid or nonrigid blood vessel wall, steady flow environment and equivalent simulation of coil. The results obtained by these methods are different from the results obtained by the fluid-solid coupling method, pulsatile flow, nonNewtonian flow model and real coil model. Finally, the conclusion and prospect of coil embolization in the treatment cerebral aneurysm hemodynamics are summarized.
