Lower limb rehabilitation robot can help patients to carry out scientific and effective gait training, and the control system as the core part of the whole equipment, its performance directly affects the stability of rehabilitation training. Therefore, summarizing the control system of lower limb rehabilitation robot can provide an important reference for relevant researchers to understand the development status and further study of the control system. This paper combines the research status at home and abroad to classify the lower limb rehabilitation robot control system, summarizes the principle and characteristics of the typical control system, and finally predicts and forecasts the future development trend of the field.
