全自动透析液集中供应系统的改进及应用

Improvement and application of automatic centralized supply system for dialysate

摘要:

目的 降低血液透析机桶装液耗材成本,提高工作效率,保证透析液浓度要求。方法 研制出了安全、稳定、高效、节能的DCS-200型全自动透析液集中供应系统,此系统能自动配液、自动消毒、自动清洗、自动排放和定时循环。结果 本系统为临床节省了很大的成本,提高了工作效率和效益,并且提供了稳定无污染的透析原液,保证临床治疗需要。结论 全自动透析液集中供应系统有非常高的临床应用价值,比传统的A/B桶装液和分散开放供液有非常显著的优势。

Objective To reduce the cost of bottled liquid consumables in hemodialysis machines, improve work efficiency, and ensure the concentration of dialysate. Methods A safe, stable, efficient and energy-saving DCS-200 automatic centralized supply system for dialysate is developed. This system can automatically dispense, auto-disinfect, auto-clean, auto-discharge and time-cycle. Results The system saves a lot of cost for clinical practice, improves clinical efficiency and work efficiency, and provides stable and non-polluting dialysis stock solution to ensure clinical treatment needs. Conclusions The automatic centralized supply system for dialysate has a high clinical application value, and has a significant advantage over the traditional A/B barrel liquid and dispersed open supply.
