摘要：

目的针对医院内外网间文档安全传输、共享和保密等问题，本文提出一种云端模块化、可扩展的解决方案。方法在防火墙后面建立一个文档云服务器，利用Node.js和Mongodb等技术，通过自动分析电脑的位置属性、文档属性、标签属性等，对文档应用杀毒、审计、归属分组、销毁、全局备份等策略。结果版本1.0在基于外网的行政部门和基于内网的临床部门间进行了试运行，效果良好。版本1.0界面较简洁，用户操作也很简单。由于取代了USB和共享方式，切断了蠕虫、病毒传播的途径；智能文档模式让用户日常文档操作更简单、效率更高。结论该系统较好地满足了医院对文档管理的技术、管理、效率等层面的要求，实用价值较高。

Objective A new cloud-based approach is proposed in this paper to share documents between hospital inner and outer networks in a smart way. Methods A document server is setup behind the firewall, by analyzing PC location, document and tag properties to automatically apply antivirus, audit, grouping, destroying and backup strategies using Node.js and Mongodb. Results Version 1.0 is tried in outer departments and inner departments and the outcome is pretty good. Version 1.0 is simple on UI and easy to use for most users. By replacing USB and sharing folders, the system cuts off the spread of virus and worms; the smart facility improves the productivity. Conclusions The system is good in the levels of technolgy, management and productivity, and can be used in most hospitals.
