生化分析仪预防性维护计划的建立与实施

摘要:

探讨如何提高生化分析仪预防性维护水平,保障科室设备在质量安全的前提下平稳运行。首先通过分享几例医院生化分析仪故障及日常故障维护记录,探讨生化分析仪的预防性维护,从而建立生化分析仪预防性维护记录表。然后,通过相关案例及讨论,证明对生化分析仪制定预防性计划,能有效增加设备运行时间,节约科室开支等。最后对检验科医疗设备预防性维护计划的建立给出建议。

To study how to improve the preventive maintenance of biochemical analyzer in the clinical laboratory and to ensure that the equipment runs steadily under the premise of quality safety.Firstly, by sharing several cases of equipment failure and daily maintenance records of biochemical analyzer, the author introduces the idea of preventive maintenance of biochemical analyzer and establishes the preventive maintenance record sheet of biochemical analyzer. Secondly,through relevant cases and discussions, the necessity of preventive maintenance plan for the equipment of biochemical analyzer is proven, which effectively increase the durability of the equipments and reduce expenses for the department. Finally,we present suggestions on how to develop effective preventive maintenance plan for clinical laboratory equipment.
