品管圈在第三方维修中规范化管理医疗设备的应用

摘要：

目的采用品管圈手法在医工-第三方维修模式下改善设备生命质量，提高医疗设备管理的规范度。方法首先成立品管圈小组，借助戴明循环管理方法，对设备维修规范程度进行满意度调查；然后基于二八原则，利用柏拉图归纳分析在第三方维修模式下影响医疗设备科学规范管理的因素；最后绘制鱼骨图，针对重点因素实施具体改善措施。结果设备维修不规范度为47%，影响因素主要是维修费用过高、维修水平和设备修复率低、维修管理网络化程度极低等。通过技术培训和引入竞争，将设备维修费用同比约降低50%，规范度提高约66%；合理实施质控和维保，将设备使用风险程度和故障率降低47.5%，修复率提高约51%；大数据平台的应用实现了设备维修的高度统筹管理。结论运用品管圈科学管理医疗设备，可降低设备维修成本，提升设备管理的规范化程度，是医院实现平稳快速发展的科学有效的管理手段。

Objective The quality control circle method is adopted to improve the quality of equipment and the standard of medical equipment management under the medical engineering-third party maintenance mode. Methods Firstly, a quality control circle group was set up to investigate the satisfaction degree of equipment maintenance specifications with the help of Deming cycle management method.Then, based on the principle of 2/8, Plato was used to summarize and analyze the factors that influenced the scientific and standard management of medical equipment under the third-party maintenance mode.Finally, the fishbone diagram was drawn and specific improvement measures were implemented according to the key factors. Results The degree of irregularity of equipment maintenance was 47%,and the main factors were high maintenance cost, low maintenance level and equipment repair rate and less-informationized of maintenance management, etc. Through technical training and introduction of competition, the equipment maintenance cost was reduced by 50% compared with that of the previous year, and the standard degree was increased by 66%. Reasonable medical equipment quality control and maintenance had reduced the risk degree and failure rate by 47.5%, and the repair rate was increased by about 51%;the application of big data platform had realized highly integrated management of equipment maintenance.Conclusions Using quality control circle to manage medical equipment scientifically can reduce the cost of equipment maintenance and improve the standardization of equipment management. It is a scientific and effective management means for hospital to realize stable and rapid development.
