Objective Using the finite element model of healthy women's feet, the biomechanical characteristics of the feet wearing high heels of different heights are numerically simulated, and the stress and displacement change data are obtained. Methods Perform three-dimensional reverse reconstruction of tomographic images of the feet of healthy female subjects, establish a comprehensive finite element model of foot skin and bones, simulate the stress and displacement data of the subject's foot when wearing high-heeled shoes of different heights such as 1 cm, 2 cm, 4 cm, 6 cm, 8 cm, and 10 cm. Results When the heel height is 0-2 cm, the displacement and stress on the foot are the smallest, the maximum displacement is about 8.42 mm, and the maximum stress is about 50.3 MPa; when the heel height is 4-8 cm, the maximum deformation of the foot is 8.43 mm to 8.45 mm, the maximum stress is about 51.7 MPa; when the heel height reaches 250px, the maximum displacement of the foot increases to 8.47 mm, and the maximum stress reaches 61.28 MPa. Conclusions When the heel height exceeds 8 cm, the maximum stress and maximum displacement of the foot increase sharply, and the maximum deformation occurs at the ankle joint. In order to ensure the safety and health of the feet, it is recommended that women choose 0 cm to 8 cm high heels. The research results can also provide scientific data support for clinical research on foot-related diseases.
