一种血液净化中心桶装透析液开盖器的研制

Development of an opener for barrel concentrated liquid at the bedside in blood purification center

摘要:

目的 研制一种血液净化中心桶装浓缩液开盖器,解决护士使用传统开盖方式所带来的不便。比较使用此开盖器与否对开盖时间及操作便捷性的影响。方法 因床旁桶装A浓缩液的桶盖分为外桶盖和内桶盖,外桶盖较大,而且需要很大的旋拧力量,内桶盖较为扁平,基于以上特点,研制了一种桶装浓缩液的开启工具,并进行了相关实验。在北京积水潭医院血液净化中心,将参与2021年6月1日—30日期间内使用的同品牌、同批次、同规格的床旁桶装A浓缩液产品随机分为两组,一组为对照组,开盖时使用传统的开盖方式,共50例次,另一组为观察组,开盖时使用上述血液净化中心床旁桶装浓缩液开盖器,共50例次,分别记录两种开盖方式下,每一床旁桶装浓缩液的开盖时间,使用者对两种开盖方式的评价得分。结果 对照组和观察组所对对应的两种开盖方式所用时间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),护士对于两种开盖方式的便捷性评价分值差异存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 使用此开盖器,开盖时间有明显缩短,同时可提高护士操作的便捷性,具有临床应用价值。

Objective Developing a barrel concentrated liquid opener for blood purification center to solve the inconvenience caused by traditional opener for nurses. Compare the influence of using the opener on the opening time and operation convenience. Methods The barrel filled with concentrate liquid A contains outer lid and inner lid. The outer lid is large and requires great strength to open, and the inner lid is relatively flat. Based on the above characteristics, a tool for opening the barrel containing concentrated liquid A was developed, and relevant tests were carried out as follows: In our blood purification center, in the June 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021, the same brand, same batch, the same specification of barrel concentrated liquid A were randomly divided into two groups, one group is the control group, opening the tarrel with the traditional way, a total of 50 cases, another group is the observation group, a total of 50 cases opening the tarrel with the barrel concentrated liquid opener. The opening time and the scores of conveniences from the users under the two ways were recorded respectively. Results There was a significant difference in the opening time between the control group and the observation group(P<0.05),meanwhile, there was a significant difference in the scores of conveniences from the users between the control group and the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusions Using this barrel concentrated liquid opener with clinical application value can shorten the opening time and improve the convenience of nurse’s operation.
