摘要：

目的探讨FOCUS-PDCA模型在降低医疗设备两周未完修率持续质量改进中的应用效果，提升医疗设备维修人员的工作效率。方法应用FOCUS-PDCA模型从人、物、法、环四个方面对医疗设备两周未完成的维修工作进行分析，采取有效的解决方案进行实施改进，查验其效果。成果医疗设备两周未完修率从改善前的5.26%下降至2.06%。结论 Focus-PDCA模型在降低医疗设备两周未完修率的持续质量改进项目中具有积极作用。

Objective To explore the application effect of Focus-PDCA model in reducing the T Two-week uncompleted repair rate of medical equipment for continuous quality improvement, and to improve the work efficiency of medical equipment maintenance personnel. Methods Focus-PDCA model is applied to analyze the unfinished maintenance work of medical equipment in two weeks from the aspects of people, material, law and environment, and effective solutions are adopted to improve the implementation and check the effect. Results The two-week uncompleted repair rate of medical equipment decreased to 2.06 percent from 5.26 percent before the improvement.Conlusions Focus-PDCA model plays a positive role in the continuous quality improvement project to reduce the two-week uncompleted repair rate of medical equipment.
