Objective To analyze the effect of new remote radar monitoring equipment in the clinical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods A total of 26 subjects were enrolled in this study. They were monitored by polysomnography (PSG) and new remote radar monitoring equipment simultaneously. The main evaluation indexes included the basic parameters ,the reliability and effectiveness, stability, sensitivity and specificity of the monitoring. Results The new remote radar monitoring equipment was outstanding in precision, size and volume, and the low-power design effectively ensures that the system could work continuously for no less than 12 hours. The new new remote radar monitoring equipment was ideal, and it could monitor physiological signals. The new remote radar monitoring instrument completed all the tests, and there were no hardware and software failures during the whole process. The sensitivity and specificity were 95% and 83.4% ,respectively. Conclusions The new remote radar monitoring equipment has high clinical value in obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.
