摘要:

目的 对海藻酸盐基胃黏膜保护胶的理化性能进行研究,考察其临床应用的可行性。方法 进行酸敏感性实验、抗酶降解实验、组织黏附力实验、触变性能实验及酸屏障作用实验。结果 海藻酸盐基胃黏膜保护胶具有抗酸解及酶解的特性,可在体内保持良好的形态;具有较好的组织黏附性及酸屏障隔离作用,可保护胃黏膜免受胃酸的刺激;具有良好的触变性,使其具有易于可注射性且保持稳定的形态不易流动扩散的特性。结论 海藻酸盐基胃黏膜保护胶具有适用于胃黏膜创面修复的理化性质,是一种具有临床应用可能性的新型医疗器械产品。

Objective To study the physical and chemical properties of alginate - based gastric mucosal protective gel and investigate its feasibility in clinical application. Methods Acid sensitivity test, anti-enzyme degradation test, tissue adhesion test, thixotropic property test and acid barrier effect test of the gastric mucosal protective gel were carried out. Results Alginate based gastric mucosal protective adhesive had the properties of acid hydrolysis resistance and enzymatic hydrolysis which could maintain a good shape in the body. It had good tissue adhesion and acid barrier isolation function which could protect gastric mucosa from the stimulation of gastric acid. This gel also had good thixotropy, making it easy to inject and maintain a stable form that is not easy to flow and spread. Conclusions Alginate - based gastric mucosal protective gel has physicochemical properties which are suitable for gastric mucosal wound repair. This gel is a new medical device with clinical application possibility.
