Objective Laparoscopic surgery is difficult, and there is often a problem of bleeding during the operation. In order to control the blood flow velocity, this study designs a blocking device by using air bag to block the blood flow, which can fasten the first hepatic hilum completely during the operation. Methods In this paper, through the study of the existing structure of the blocker, a kind of blood flow blocker for the first hepatic hilum blocking under laparoscope is designed. Results Through equation calculation and ANSYS software analysis, the flow velocity reaches 8 m/s, the fluid movement state is the most uniform. Bernoulli equation is used to calculate the pressure required for the blocking. The experimental apparatus is set up to simulate the process of hepatic portal vein being blocked in vitro, and the usability of the blocking effect is evaluated. Conclusions The designed blood flow blocking device can have good blocking effect on blood vessels.
