医院使用云胶片替代传统医用胶片的效益分析

摘要：

目的通过分析民航总医院使用云胶片替代传统医用胶片所带来的经济效益和社会效益为今后医院使用云胶片提供数据支撑和科学依据。方法利用民航总医院 2019 年医院信息系统hospitalinformation system,HIS)统计数据库,应用 Excel 软件对数据进行统计分析。结果使用云胶片后,医院的耗占比下降0.72%.患者胶片费用平均降费 49.40 元/人次,降费比例为 71.18%,其中做 CT和磁共振检查的患者胶片降费比例分别为 78.26%和 83.71%。结论相较于传统医用胶片,云胶片的使用能够降低医院的耗材支出.降低患者就医费用。

]Objective To analyze the economic and social benefits brought by Civil Aviation GeneralHospital using cloud film to replace traditional medical film ,so as to provide data support and scientific basis forthe hospitals to use cloud film in the future. Methods By using the hospital information system ( HIS) 2019statistical database of the hospital,the data were statistically analyzed with Excel software. Results After usingthe cloud film, the consumption ratio of the hospital was decreased by 0. 72% , the average cost of film wasreduced by 49.40 yuan/person time , and the rate of cost reduction was 71. 18% , of which the rate of costreduction for patients who took CT and MRI examination was 78.26% and 83.71% respectively. ConclusionsCompared with traditional medical film, using cloud film can reduce the expenditure of the hospitalconsumables ,and can reduce the medical expenses of patients also.
