摘要：

作者介绍了医院图像存档与传输系统（ＰＡＣＳ）的一种新的实现结构。与常用的体系不同，新系统利用了最新发展的ＷｏｒｌｄＷｉｄｅＷｅｂ（ＷＷＷ）技术对ＰＡＣＳ进行设计，在实现系统功能的同时，大大降低了运行、维护费用，具有良好的伸缩性和扩展性，可方便地实现业务的分布式处理与代码的集中式维护。

The authors designed an Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) based on World Wide Web(WWW)technology.The major innovative aspect of WWW is to offer standard interfaces for viewing and linking multimedia documents including images,texts,sounds and animations through standard protocols.Instead of the Client/Server structure of the conventional PACS environment,the users now can use the Web environment to explore and display medical images and medical documents.The cost to maintain and operate the ...
