本文讨论了医院内实用的医用计算机管理系统，分析了计算机管理系统的优点和不足，探讨了计算机管理系统的特定医学应用和控制模式。

This paper presents the practical computer database management system in medical instution.The merits and defects of this system were analysed.The special medical medical application and control mode of the system were described.
