多叶准直器中散射空气比(SAR)的计算 _

摘要：

在放疗中，常把除方野、矩形和圆形野以外的其他任何形状射野称为不规则野。而多叶准直器所形成的射野就是不规则野，对不规则射野，剂量计算要将原射线、散射线分开，而组织中散射剂量的计算需要用散射空气比。作者在此对多叶准直器中散射空气比的计算方法作了一些探讨。

In radiation therapy, SAR is of a very important parameter in irregular field. Because the field of multileaf collimator(MLC) is also an irregular field. In this study, we put forward a new, simple and rapid algorithm to calculate the SAR of MLC. The authors implemented this algorithm in Pentium Pro200 and got satisfying results.
