摘要：

剂量体积直方图（ｄｏｓｅ－ｖｏｌｕｍｅｈｉｓｔｏｇｒａｍ，ＤＶＨ）表示三维治疗计划中剂量与体积之间的关系，是立体定向外科中评价治疗计划好坏的重要手段之一。但是传统的ＤＶＨ［１］都是未考虑到正常器官功能区域分布不均匀性这一特点，故在利用放射线对病人照射时引起了不必要的损伤。本文介绍的功能剂量体积直方图（ｆｕｎｃｔｉｏｎａｌｄｏｓｅ－ｖｏｌｕｍｅｈｉｓｔｏｇｒａｍｓ，ｆＤＶＨｓ）算法，就是为了克服传统ＤＶＨ的缺点，是对传统ＤＶＨ的扩充。此种算法既继承了传统ＤＶＨ的特点，又在它的基础上进行了改进，特别是对正常器官功能区域分布不均匀的三维放射剂量覆盖范围的定量估定起了重要作用。
