本文以ＴＨ４０４０Ｐ型电路在线维修测试仪为例，简要介绍了在线维修测试仪的基本原理、主要组成结构、一般测试功能以及仪器所采用的主要测量技术和测试方法，以帮助大家了解“在线维修测试”技术及其仪器的发展过程和最新技术动态

Basic principles, construction and applications of incircuit maintenance and test instruments are introduced in this paper, taking TH 4040P type circuit used as an example. Besides general test and measurement functions, main measurement technology and methods are presented. Hopefully, it would help people to learn more about the development and up dated technology of incircuit maintenance and test technology.
