On the basis of Guyton s method of measuring hydraulic conductance(G), we developed a new method. Guyton s chambers with membrane and pressure transducers were replaced by a differential pressure transducer, which produced a pressure difference (PD). The PD was changed into voltage and sent to a computer two needles with side holes were used to measure G.
