This paper presents a compress method of microvascular network images based on description. Processing the image by noise elimination, thresholding and thinning, we establish the mathematical representation of original image. We can get a series of parameters from expression and no need to reconstruct or remeasure images. Due to the description reserve the plenty of information of micrcoirculatory morphology, it is possible to get the reconstruction of network, and get the higher compressing ratio
