摘要：

迷走神经刺激（ＶＳ）治疗难治性癫痫，特别是复杂部分性癫痫，能减少发作频率和发作强度。作者从迷走神经刺激的解剖学基础，作用机理和对实验动物模型的试验及对病人的临床应用，说明刺激的作用和临床效果，并介绍ＶＳ系统各主要部件的功能和实际采用的刺激参数。

Vagal stimulation (VS) used for intractable epilepsy, particularly those with complex partial seizures, can reduce seizure frequency and duration, or intensity. Effects and results of vagal stimulation treatment is described in this paper based on anatomy, action mechanism,and clinical experiment of animal modol. Functions of main parts of this stimulation system and stimulation parameters used are introduced as well.
