作者介绍一种高稳定、高精度用于测量尺寸变化的无损检测装置——扫描激光测微仪(Scanning laser beam micrometer)。这种新型的装置避免了测量过程中由外界引起的任何机械或化学反应带来的误差。在23±0.05℃条件下,测量精度达土1μm。该装置还带有温度调节控制台,可在不同的温度条件下对材料的膨胀与收缩效应进行研究。扫描激光测微仪在生物材料研究中具有广泛的应用,尤其适用于软材料的尺寸变化测量。

A new apparatus-scanning laser beam micrometer was introduced. It is very stable and accurate and is used for non-invasive measuring the variation of size. This apparatus is not in fluenced by mechanical or chemical reactions caused by external factors,and the accuracy is ±1μm at 23±0.05℃. The device is provided with a temperture console.
