摘要：

作者以国产DDH—1型呼吸机中用双向二极管触发双向可控硅组成的电机控制电路为例,说明使用双向可控硅应该注意的事项,以及如何判断双向可控硅的好坏,供医疗仪器维修人员参考。

The electric motor control circuit, consisted of silicon symmetrical switch which is triggered by bidirectional diodes in China made DDH-1 model ventilator, is taken as an ex ample to explain how silicon symmetrical switch should be used and how to judge whether it is good or not. This method serves as a reference for maintenance personnel of the medical in strument.
