摘要：

参照国内外有关医用高分子材料的生物学评价实验方法，对国产ＥＢ─４型变色牙复盖材料作了系统的生物学评价。结果表明：ＥＢ─４型变色牙复盖材料无毒性，对眼及口腔粘膜无刺激，体外溶血率＜５％；对细胞生长无抑制作用，骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率无增加，对皮下组织无刺激反应。因此可以认为ＥＢ─４型变色牙复盖材料有良好的生物相容性。

The toxicity of EB─4 color─changing tooth covering material was studied, taking into account domestic and overseas biological evaluation experimental methods for high polymer materials. The results showed that this material had no toxicity, no irritation to eyes or oral membrane,its hemolosis rate was no more than 5‰;no inhibitation effect to the growth of cells.The rate of micronucleated RBC of bone morrow did not increase.
