摘要：

本装置是由一台示波器加一个辅助电路组合而成。主要为印刷电路板脱离主机、切断电源的情况下，探查电路板上的故障元件而设计。用它测出电路板上各元件的电流─电压图形，然后进行分析比较辨别图形特征差别，查出故障元件。这为电子仪器维修工程师提供一种检修印刷电路板级故障的测试手段和工具。

This device consists of a common oscilloscope and an auxiliary circuit.It was mainly designed for finding out failed parts on PCB(printed circuit board)when PCB is off from host machine and powered─off.The current/voltage curves of PCB were measured with this device and displayed on the screen,then the features of the curves were analyzed and compared.Characteristics were distinguished,which led to fining out the failed parts.It is a trouble shooting device for engineers to maintain electronic PCB’s.
