医用级聚醚砜树脂的生物相容性 _

摘要：

作者参照国内外有关医用高分子材料的生物学评价试验方法，对国产聚醚砜树脂作了系统的生物学评价。结果表明：医用级聚醚砜树脂无毒性、无热源和致敏反应，对皮肤无刺激、体外溶血率小于５％。对细胞生长有促进作用，长期植入皮下后，随植入时间延长，移植物周围形成的纤维包囊，囊壁厚度逐渐变薄、细胞炎性反应３０天基本消失，对骨髓多染红细胞无影响。因此，可以认为医用级聚醚砜树脂有良好的生物相容性。

According to the international biological evaluation tests of medical macromolecular materials,we have performed a systemic biological evaluation of domestic medical PES. The results show:there is no toxicity, no reaction of pyrogen or sensitization,and no irritation to the skin.
