摘要：

将穆斯堡尔（Ｍｏｓｓｂａｕｅｒ）γ射线共振吸收技术用于细胞灭活，称为穆斯堡尔灭活法。它具有剂量低、共振强的优点，避免了放疗中大剂量照射引起的严重的副作用。作者引入正铁血红素（Ｈｅｍａｔｉｎ）作为铁原子的载体，用穆斯堡尔灭活法，对白血病自身骨髓移植中的骨髓体外净化问题进行研究。通过在样品中加入不同浓度的Ｈｅｍａｔｉｎ，观察到Ｈｅｍａｔｉｎ对正常骨髓细胞、ＣＭＬ骨髓细胞和Ｋ５６２细胞的不同作用，测量了Ｈｅｍａｔｉｎ和γ射线共同作用下的细胞灭活效率。本文详细地介绍了穆斯堡尔灭活原理、实验方法和实验结果。

The low-dose gamma-ray resonant Mossbauer radiation was used for the neoplastic cell inactivation, called Mossbauer inactivation.
