摘要：

震颤行为是巴金森氏病的一种常见的临床表现，目前在临床中对震颤行为的定量描述方法和定量分级标准尚未形成。作者介绍了利用光电位置检测技术构成的计算机化的震颤行为定量检测仪的原理和初步临床应用情况。

Paralysis tremble is a common symptom of Parkinson s disease. There is no standard quantitative measurement method or equipment for grade quantitatively at present. The authors introduce the principle and the primary clinical application of a computerized, optical-electronic position detection instrument for measurement and analysis of paralysis tremble.
