西德后装机施源器改造的理论研究 _

摘要：

８０年代国内引进的联邦德国布克勒公司生产的后装机，治疗宫颈癌应用三个直管型曼彻斯特容器。三枚等强度Ｃｓ￣１３７源，直径４．５ｍｍ、长２０ｍｍ在离容器顶端１０ｍｍ处水平横卧，临床应用中常引起阴道等部位的并发症。我们将阴道平行型容器改造成直立型，剂量分布更为合理。作者从理论上分析了直立型容器的优越性。以Ｉｒ（１９２）和Ｃｓ（１３７）源为例，对５ｃｍ官腔Ａ点剂量率后者分别提高１９．４％和３７．５％；对６ｃｍ宫腔增加量分别为２６．２％和５４．４％。在宫颈口下１～２ｃｍ范围内阴道壁平均剂量直立型约为平行型的６０％左右，大大降低了阴道等组织烧伤的危险，临床应用得到满意的疗效。

Since Buchler remote afterloading system made in Germany was introduced into our country in the eighties,three parallel applicators have been used in treatment of cervix cancer. Three C sources,4. 5mm diameter and 20mm length, with equal intensity, were placed horizontally 10mm away from the top of the applicators.
