Adaptable Conditions of Dynamic Data-Acquisition Scheme in Non-contact Fluorescent Tomography System

摘要:

动态采样比静态采样具有更高的采样效率,所以研究动态采样替代静态采样的适用条件具有一定意义.通过设计两组与静态采样的对比实验,得到其动态采样的适用条件:拍摄步长要小于12°/帧,荧光深度要大于2mm.进行动态采样时至少满足上述的两个条件时动态采样才能较好地替代静态采样.
