The accurate neighbor points is the precondition of accurate surface reconstruction. In the knee navigation surgery, the neighbor points is accessed based on the data particularity by analyzing probe points. Then using the neighbor points to reconstruct local tangent plane and distance field. A isosurface extraction method is used to reconstruc 3D knee model surface using Delaunay triangulation. The accurate reconstruction of knee model surface enhances the operability and the visual effects of the knee navigation surgery.
