This paper describes a mobile life support system, which can perform rapid first aid and monitor enroute to evacuate critical patients. The life support system can wireless transmit vital signs and get remote location, realize seamless link between prehospital care and inhospital care. This system can be carried, pushed, and attached to many carriers, monitoring timely and continuously. This paper mainly describes the realization of telecommunication of vital signs and GPS function, and reliability and practicability are validated by experiments.
