To improve conventional affine compensation algorithm for PROPELLER MRI, we proposed a new affine estimate method based on the algorithm of correlation in frequency domain. We obtained the rigid motion parameters of each kspace strip through the algorithm of correlation in frequency domain, and then took them as initial value into the estimation of affine parameters. After motion compensation, the image was obtained through grid reconstruction. The experimental results showed that the proposed method was better than the conventional methods, and the proposed method was an effective and practical algorithm of affine parameter estimation in PROPELLER MRI.
