一种新的仿射参数估计方法在磁共振成像PROPELLER中的应用

A New Algorithm for Affine Motion Estimation in the PROPELLER MRI

本文提出了一种基于频域相位相关算法的仿射参数估计方法,以改进PROPELLER仿射伪影消除中现有方法的不足。首先利用频域相位相关算法求出每个k-空间条的刚性运动参数,然后把刚性运动参数作为初值代入到仿射估计中,进行运动补偿后由网格化重建得到最终结果。实验结果证实该方法对于仿射参数估计的精度更高,稳定性更好,仿射运动伪影消除效果明显优于现有方法。该方法在PROPELLER伪影消除中是一种有效的并且实用的仿射参数估计方法。

To improve conventional affine compensation algorithm for PROPELLER MRI, we proposed a new affine estimate method based on the algorithm of correlation in frequency domain. We obtained the rigid motion parameters of each kspace strip through the algorithm of correlation in frequency domain, and then took them as initial value into the estimation of affine parameters. After motion compensation, the image was obtained through grid reconstruction. The experimental results showed that the proposed method was better than the conventional methods, and the proposed method was an effective and practical algorithm of affine parameter estimation in PROPELLER MRI.
