Objective To overcome the early failure design flaws of driving wheel in automatic positioning suspension system of FX DR and achieve the system running normally for a longterm. Method To be observing the actual running state of driving wheel made by Isilicon gel coat material and Natural Rubber coat material adopting interference fit conjoint manner and bonding conjoint manner, respectively for 2 years. And then filter out suited coat material and flange conjoint manner by comparative analysis of results. Results The surface of driving wheel made by isilicon gel coat using interference fit manner was more intact,coat bonded wheel rims more strongly. Conclusion Isilicon gel coat using interference fit manner achieved device performance requirements in the conjoint condition and antifatigue.
