To develop the hardware,software of the temperature control system and explore the experimental results in a real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) instrument.In the real time PCR,we used a DSP320F2812 chip from TI Company as a core microprocessor-controller to implement the temperature signal acquisition and temperature control,which was provided with the speed advantage,data processing and powerful control functions.The experimental results showed that temperature rising rate was 3℃/s with precision 0.2℃ and the data transfer precision at least 4.87% with the data transmission speed up to 15MB / s.
