Previous pulse waveform acquisition and analysis system generally required human intervention. It had a low automation degree and a large impact on human factors. In this paper, we applied some of new signal processing technologies, such as optical modulation, single wave extraction and baseline drift real-time filtering, combing with the non-invasive detection theory of cardiovascular hemodynamic parameters, and designed a higher degree of automation pulse wave acquisition and analysis system. The waveform acquisition and analysis system accomplished these functions of signal gain automatic adjustment, waveform automatic identification, baseline drift real-time filtering and waveform availability automatic judgment. It is indicated that the proposed system achieves the automatic acquisition without human intervention and adapts to the community and family.
