Ventilator centralized management is helpful for a hospital to improve the utilization rate of ventilators, resolv the contradiction issue between supply and demand, and raises the application level of ventilators. On the example of author’s hospital, this paper describes the entire progress of how to administrate the ventiltors, from ventilator’s purchase, maintenance, until writing-off. It is indicated that the centralized management is in favor of the unified allocation, sharing the ventilator and experting the ventilator’s resources. Centilator’s centralized management also reduces the waste of ventilator resources, resolves the contradiction issue between supply and demand, and saves the cost on ventilators in a hospital. So it is very important for a hospital to enhance the administration of ventilator-center.
