摘要：

将GE OEC9800+应用于数字减影血管造影（DSA）介入手术面临很多风险，使用不当可能会导致手术失败，甚至影响病人的生命安全。本文分析了可能导致其使用不当的一些影响因素，例如设备使用环境、辐射安全、临床工程师的配备、预防性维修、球管的散热等，最后提出了一些有效的风险控制方法。

GE OEC9800+ being used in digital subtraction angiography(DSA) intervention faces much risk，that may lead to the failure of operation and even influence the patient's life. This paper analyzes a number of influence factors in the progress of the operation. These factors come from equipment environment, radiation safety, clinical engineers, preventive maintenance, tube heat dissipation，etc. Finally this paper puts forward some methods to achieve risk control.
