摘要：

随着生活和医疗保健水平的迅速提高，方便、快捷、个性化、人性化的医疗保健服务愈来愈受到人们的重视，个性化健康管理模式也应运而生。本文根据目前健康管理中存在的问题，提出了集体体检套餐设计、个性化体检报告、健康状况跟踪服务于一体的健康管理方式，并将网络技术与个人健康数据管理、分析、统计、跟踪软件系统相结合，最终实现了为个体建立便于跟踪个人健康状况、对疾病起到预防作用的个性化健康数据库。

Along with the life and healthcare level rapid development, the convenient, rapid, humanistic and individual medical care service is request, and the model for individual health management becomes more and more important. Analyzing the existing problems in the health management field, we proposed a model for individual health management, which was consist of the design of individual physical examination, report of individual physical examination, track of health condition. This system proposed can perform the management, analysis, statistics and the tracks of individual health information by means of the software techniques and network technique. This database designed in this article could realize the individual health management.
