体外循环中的液位、压力报警器

Monitor for Detecting Level and Pressure During Cardiopulmonary Bypass

摘要:

目的  设计液位、压力报警器并探讨其可行性及临床应用价值。方法  液位、压力报警器由压力传感器、光电发射器、光电探测器、控制核心及液晶显示模块等部分组成。液位报警部分利用光线在两种不同介质中的折射或反射光强度不同的原理,监测储血器液位的变化。压力数值的准确度采用对比研究方法,压力报警器则根据安装在体外循环管路内压力传感器所监测的压力变化进行报警。最后实践观察体外循环中不同灌注流量的压力和液面状况下报警器是否工作。结果 液位、压力报警器与机械压力表测得的压力数据无统计学差异;当压力及液面异常时,液位、压力报警器可以声光报警。结论  液位、压力报警器在体外循环中可以准确地监测泵内压力变化及液面位置,提高了体外循环的安全性。

Objectives To design blood level and pressure monitor,and evaluate its application during cardiopulmonary bypass in clinic.Methods The monitor system was composed of pressure transducer,photoelectric transmitter,photoelectric detector,core controller and liquid crystal display.The difference of refractions beween different materials was employed to develop the monitor as level dectector.The blood level in reservoir was determined by amplifying and quantifying the detected light signal,and the arterial line pressure was measured and converted to electricity signal by a pressure transducer.The pressure values of pressure monitor were compared with those of mechanical gauge.Finally we practically observed whether the monitor alarm under critical level and pressure condition.Results Positive correlation was demonstrated between the pressure readings and the pump flow. Significant differences were not found between the monitor and mechanical gauge.The monitor system could alarm at the pre-specified threshould.Conclusions Level detector and pressure monitor could be safely and effectively applied to clinical work for perfusion safety.
