Research Advances of Medical Ultrasound Contrast Agent

摘要:

本文首先对超声造影剂(UCA)的定义、发展、结构特点以及临床应用现状等进行概述,重点介绍了UCA在超声诊断和超声治疗方面的应用现状,然后探讨了UCA安全性问题,最后介绍了纳米级UCA等最新研究进展。本文对全面了解UCA特性、应用及安全性问题具有重要参考价值。

A summary about the definition,development,structure characteristics and clinical application of ultrasound contrast agent (UCA) is presented firstly in this paper.Then,we  concentrate to introduce the application status of UCA in ultrasound diagnosis and ultrasound treatment.The discussion about safety problem of UCA is following.Lastly the latest research progresses of nanobubble UCA are described.This paper will be very important to thoroughly understand the characteristic,application status and secure problems of UCA.
