当前生命科学领域的研究对PhysioBank数据库的需求日益增加，越来越多的人们开始利用这些开放的数据为科研和临床教学服务，本文介绍了一种对PhysioBank数据库进行读取的方法。首先将适用于MATLAB的WFDB软件包下载安装，用MATLAB编程读取从PhysioBank中下载的数据，然后可以根据不同需求得到不同类型数据的具体数值。

The demand to the PhysioBank database is increasing in life science research field, more and more people begin to use the open data as the basis for research and clinical teaching. This paper introduces a method for reading the PhysioBank database. First we downloaded and installed the WFDB software package applicable to MATLAB, and then programmed to read the data from PhysioBank. Finally we can obtained the concrete values of various types from the PhysioBank databases.
